MemePR Landing Page Redesign

Design brief

Part of the clients gave some feedbacks points out that the service are too scattering. In order to improve user experience, My team and I started to optimize the UX flow.

Project goals

The goal of this version is to centralize the service featured in MemePR and increase client stickiness rate practically.

My team and I were tasked to create:

  • a landing page with ordering process clearly.

  • three featured services that can be recognized by the customer easily.

  • a fast and clear payment flow provided by MemePR.

Ideation for persona needs

Users

Understanding who the users are is an important step before jumping into any design ideation. I needed to realize what their behaviors are and what needs they have when they use this marketing-matching platform.

Order orientation design

In order to increase order rate, our team research following three action:

  1. Optimize the matching experience

  2. Level down the website hierarchy

  3. decrease the number of CTA button.

 

The difference of the new and old UX flow for the ordering process

User Interface Design

We headed to the drawing board with some ideas on how to target the problem. We had numerous sessions of problem which brainstormed on the whiteboard:

  • Easy registration process where not only startup companies and small businesses can sign up but also freelancers as well

  • Product listing page- we eliminated the redundancy of particular text content and improved it with valuable product descriptions

Design system

In order to make the branding consistently, our team devote to constructing the design system and use it as our brand guideline. 

  • color

  • typography

  • forms

  • dropdowns

  • buttons

 

Design iterating

In the first section of the landing page, our customer gave us the feedback that they do not know about what we actually do and our functionality. As a result, we test out three version to let our customer know us easily and quickly. 

Finally, we simplify the design and add some illustration into this section which provides customer with a positive  and trust image for the brand. 

 

Final design

During 3 months teamwork, collaborated with front-end developer, marketing coordinator and sales team, constantly modify the interface and UX flow form our client feedback. Our mission is to make this platform user-friendly and easily access!
